warranty

·
The
device has been exposed to liquids or the effects of moisture, oxidation and
heat.
·
Opening
the device outside the service center, or the presence of burning traces of one
of the components of the device.

The
product barcode does not match the barcode registered with us.
Replacement and
return policy
You
can return the product within 5 days from the
date of purchase, provided:

that there is a purchase invoice.
·
The
delivery of the returned product to the camera box headquarters is by the
customer.
·
Returning
the value of the product is after making sure that the product to be returned
is in the same condition as when it was purchased.
·
Fees
for re-shipment or cancellation of an order for a shipment that was not
received from the shipping company at the request of the customer is 70 riyals.
You can exchange the product within 7 days from the date of purchase, provided:

Large Printers &
Album Equipment
·
Camera Box bears the door-to-door shipping of thermal
equipment and large plotter printers.
·
For
the maintenance or training of thermal equipment and plotter printers, the
client bears all financial obligations related to the travel of specialists to
the client's headquarters.
